The Parkshore HOA Board hopes everyone had an enjoyable holiday season!

Over the last couple of years, we have seen a lot of new neighbors move in to Parkshore. We would like to extend a warm welcome to everyone that has joined the community.

We are in the process of updating our directory and are hopeful to have it ready for distribution early spring, so if you have not had the opportunity to meet your new neighbors the updated directory can help. To ensure we are including your information correctly we will be providing a mailer for you to complete your name, address and phone number. Also for future directories there will be a section that includes information on neighbors that would be interested in babysitting, pet care, lawn maintenance and other information. Please look for a mailer soon with more information.

We are also looking to put together a social committee that can plan events and activities for everyone in the community throughout the year. If you are interested please contact the Parkshore HOA Board for more details. We are very excited to introduce this to our community.

Bike Path Update:
We have been informed that the bike path construction on Lewis Center Road will begin the spring of 2019. It was initially slated to start the fall of 2018.

As a reminder, if you are considering any changes to your property, The Parkshore Covenant Architectural Standard requires that the proposed changes be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Board. The application for submitting these proposed changes can be found on the Parkshore HOA website. (

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the residents that have maintained or recently completed the necessary repairs or replacement of their mailbox. There are still, however, some mailboxes that need to be either stained, repaired or replaced. Once the weather starts to warm up we will be sending notices to residents whose mailboxes do not comply with the standards outlined in the Declaration of Covenants. As a reminder the stain for the mailboxes is provided by the HOA free of charge. Important dates:
If you haven’t already received the 2019 annual HOA dues invoice from Real Property Management, you will be soon. The annual fees will remain the same at $125 and will be due by March 1, 2019. These fees will be good for the calendar year 2019. Please be advised that a late charge will be applied for any payment received after the March 1, 2019 due date.

The Annual HOA meeting will be Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 9:00am at the Orange Township Hall. There will be two open trustee positions up for election. If you are interested in running for a position on the board, please provide your letter of intent to any board member by March 7, 2019. These two positions will be voted onto the Board during the Annual HOA meeting.
