Design Review Board

If you are considering any significant changes to your property, The Parkshore Covenant Architectural Standard requires that it be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Board.

Items to review include:

  • altering existing surfaces (paint colors, roofing materials, etc)
  • constructing or modify fencing
  • installing any recreational device
  • additions, patios and decks
  • major landscaping or ground grading

Review the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for more specifics.

The Design Review Board is made up of three members who will review your request application and approve.  Fill out the form below to send a request to the Design review Board.

Use the following spaces to attach plans or other documents that help meet the requirements of your request:

  • a plot plan showing the exact location with respect to the home of the proposed modification, addition, or alteration.
  • plans, blueprints, or diagrams showing all modifications including details if applicable
  • Materials and colors
  • Landscape materials

Owner’s or their designees (contractors) must comply with the following:

  • The specifications as approved by the Design Review Board
  • Any Orange Township or Delaware County permits, building regulations, ordinances, etc. including final inspection
  • Upon Design Review Board approval, and BEFORE any work begins, owner must submit all township and county permit approvals to Design Review Board for our files
  • Contractor’s one year warranty on materials and labor if applicable
  • Repair of any damage to common area or other lots
