Mailbox Standards – Parkshore Homeowners' Association

Parkshore Homeowners’ Association Covenants require that all mailboxes be uniformed and in good repair.

All mailboxes must be:

Saxony style with 6×6 cedar post with paper holder from Cedar Craft Products
Painted with with Behr Exterior Semi-Gloss Enamel (Deep Base) #5340 with a custom color match ID CMC26-800eae1b74. This is purchased at Home Depot. The Board does keep a limited supply on hand for homeowners to share. Send an email to parkshoretrustees@parkshorehoa.org with your request for paint and one of the Board members will deliver it to your home. We ask that you return unused paint or, if you use it up, to clean the container and return it so it can be used again.
Black numerals on both sides – standard size and style
In good repair, no broken pieces or large gouges/chips

It is recommended that the mailbox be painted every 12-18 months.
