Parkshore Homeowners’ Association Covenants require that all  mailboxes be uniformed and in good repair.

All mailboxes must be:

• Saxony style with 6×6 cedar post with paper holder from Cedar Craft Products
• Stained with Maxum semitransparent #716 from Creative Paints
• Black numerals on both sides – standard size and style
• In good repair, no broken pieces or large gouges/chips

Contact a trustee if you need some stain.  We have quarts which can usually do 2 mailboxes.  Share with a neighbor.

It is recommended that the mailbox be re-stained every 12-18 months.
